BEGINNER
The GREEN SRFBND is for surfers who are learning the basic rules and practicing the skills of catching white water waves.
INTERMEDIATE
When you know the basic rules and are able to surf safely unbroken waves in the most common conditions, the ORANGE SRFBND is your colour to wear.
Advanced
With the RED SRFBND you tell other surfers that you master your surfboard in all types of waves and you can’t wait to surf your next barrel.
WHY SRFBND?
SRFBND unites surfers by communicating in a universal way
through colour and design:
– The colour of your SRFBND tells other surfers what your skill-level is
– The type of sea creature on your arm shows your mindset during that specific session
The SRFBND can also tell other surfers your stance.
So wear it on the correct arm to show others what’s your frontside! (Left arm = Goofy)

This is the type of surfer who is helpful and happy to share some words and waves.
The Octo likes to connect with other surfers.
TURTLE
RELAXED
This is the type of surfer who is quiet and comfortable to be in the water (among others).
The Turtle is relaxed but not the talking type in the line-up.
SHARK
ACTIVE
This type of surfer is focussed on catching waves and is active in the line-up.
The Shark just wants to get the best out of his/ her session.
